One of the most notable figures in the firm's history is Dr Radoje Prica, LL.M (1933-2006). With an impressive 41 years of professional experience, Dr Radoje Prica was widely recognized as a national authority on law. He obtained his PhD in law from the prestigious Law Faculty of Belgrade University and further honed his expertise at Yale Law School in the United States, where he earned his LL.M. Dr Prica's areas of specialization included corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, intellectual property, foreign investments, international contracts, privatization, and international arbitration.

Dr Prica's contributions to the legal field extended beyond his practice. He shared his knowledge and insights as a lecturer at the Law Faculty of Belgrade University, where he taught courses on know-how agreements, company law, and foreign investments. Additionally, he authored numerous articles in Yugoslav (Serbian) law journals, focusing on industrial property, foreign investments, and unfair competition. Dr Prica's expertise culminated in the publication of two influential books in the Serbian language: "Organizational Forms of Foreign Direct Investments" in 1971 and "Know-how Agreement" in 1981.

Beyond his legal accomplishments, Dr Radoje Prica also played a significant role in the political landscape of Yugoslavia. He served as a Member of Parliament in the Federal Parliament of Yugoslavia and led the parliamentary delegation to the Council of Europe. His pivotal role in negotiations resulted in the successful accession of Yugoslavia to the Council of Europe, solidifying his reputation as a skilled diplomat and negotiator.
