Advice to law firm management:
This is a firm where your mileage may vary. You might have a great experience here, if you are willing to put in the work. Rest assured that you won't last long, though, if you aren't willing to get the ball rolling from day one.
Pros:
There are a lot of different practice areas here, so you may get experience in a number of different areas of the law. Salaries at this firm are fairly competitive. Associates say they feel their work is appreciated by clients and partners alike.
Cons:
There isn't much to say here. This firm has the same problems that every law firm has: turnover of associates due to the high workload. The environment has also been described as highly competitive, even cut throat. This is not for everyone, clearly.

Advice to law firm management:
There needs to be more room for advancements and this firm should also take on more diverse cases as well. On top of that I'd like to see this firm take on more cases in general to keep everyone busy.
Pros:
The staff (especially the secretary's) are very friendly and I have found everyone to be helpful in all regard's. I also found the health benefits to be excellent as well.
Cons:
The work can be quite dull and the office can be quite slow at times as well. I also felt as though there was not any room for advancements as well.
