add a way to anonymously submit concerns. Focus less on shareholders and more on cultivating younger talent, and instilling loyalty in attorneys and staff who get things done. Be flexible and recognize effort to retain talent.

The benefits are great, people are (mostly) nice, and the attorneys are very good at what they do. Pay is a little lower than industry average for associates and staff, but annual bonuses help compensate for it. Flexibility to work from multiple office branches, and it’s possible to become a shareholder before 45.

Management has gone through some big changes since fall 2019, and new practices make it clear they no longer value the safety or loyalty of support staff over firm profits. There is no anonymous way to file a grievance or complaint, without going through management. Some people have clearly been hired to check off c-suite diversity boxes despite growing evidence of their inability to adequately and legally perform their responsibilities.

Head of HR does not keep anything confidential that you tell them except who has Covid19, and has it out for legal assistants, even though the firm can’t hire them quickly enough to replace the ones who quit. Don’t bother reporting sexist or offensive language - nothing will be done and you’ll have a target on you afterwards. A few people have bad tempers, but stay polite and don’t take anything personally and you’ll probably be fine.

Hershey Park Picnic, 401(k) vests after 3 years. Some people have GREAT senses of humor and interesting work backgrounds. People are open about benefits, pay, bonuses, succession planning, office politics, etc.

There needs to be more room for advancements and this firm should also take on more diverse cases as well. On top of that I'd like to see this firm take on more cases in general to keep everyone busy.

The staff (especially the secretary's) are very friendly and I have found everyone to be helpful in all regard's. I also found the health benefits to be excellent as well.

The work can be quite dull and the office can be quite slow at times as well. I also felt as though there was not any room for advancements as well.
