Update the office to look new and fresh. Have creative meetings to come up with ideas to improve the workplace. Hold monthly events to say thank you to us, such as dinner at a restaurant.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management focuses on being professional and expects it from the rest of us as well. I enjoy the detail oriented work. The pay is great and the benefits are good. The location is fairly close to my home. Management is well prepared for all situations.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be a stressful work environment. The management can be a little pushy. I have to pay for parking which is unfortunate. The aesthetics of the workplace needs updating.
