What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This could be a great firm if some of the senior staff could get their egos in check. All staff members need to be treated with more respect and the working environment needs to improve.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nice place to work if you're primarily interested in learning as much as you can and growing your resume. There's a lot of creativity on display from which to learn.
What did you not like about this institution?
This is not a pleasant place to work, socially speaking. The lawyers are a little full of themselves; they don't like being questioned and they don't like suggestions.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Treat people with respect regardless of their "level." Genuinely help people when they need assistance dealing with the poor treatment.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management tries make up for partners verbally and emotionally abusing you by having lots of midday lunches. You are constantly being fed at this place.
What did you not like about this institution?
Well, the comment on July 23rd is 100% correct. I have never worked at a firm where I've been so blatantly abused mentally and verbally without any help from the office manager. She is not an ally. She listens but does absolutely nothing to help. She won't stick up to them. This place has a high turnaround, minus a few people who have been there many years and stick around because they don't understand their worth. My next firm seriously upped my salary and they treat me nicely.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
I will be mature and not list them. I will say that some people in the Punahou crowd think they are above everyone but its really just some dumb school on a rock in the Pacific Ocean.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Like I said, they treat you to food a lot. Honestly that was the only thing that kept me going at this place.
