Advice to law firm management: Try to get people to deal with the problem people and get them to be more grounded if it would be possible.

Pros: This firm is the thing of dreams and I love working here. The pay is good and the work is amazing.

Cons: Some of the people here are a bit full of themselves because they work here but you can avoid them for the most part.

Advice to law firm management: Come in with an open mind and a great work ethic and you'll have no problems at all. Just do your best!

Pros: Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP is a firm that knows how to get things done. Everyone is very helpful and supportive and I wouldn't leave unless I had to.

Cons: There's a lot of work to be done and it can get chaotic at times. The scheduling can be intense, but it's manageable.
