What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The best of Butler Snow LLP is Friendly environment, good quality technology, nice office, efficient work place, and Great work life balance. The location is great in terms of transport and lunch options. Senior Partners treat staff and associates with respect. Most of the employees are quite pleasant and a joy to work with. It's a great launching pad before you move to your next job.
What did you not like about this institution?
When times are busy, you may be working after hours and weekends, but that is typical for any large law firm. Work-life balance is poor but you get good cases and enough amount of exposure.
