Leave your personal life at home and just do your job.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They fake that they are a mom and pop shop and that they care about their employees.
What did you not like about this institution?
They are incapable of mentoring, struggle with using technology like email, phones and zoom. Their personal lives interfere with their ability to do their job. The managing partners are in a relationship, and their financial controller lives with them and is having an affair with one of the managing partners.

They pretend to be professional but only care how much money they can make without doing their job at all.
What did you not like about this institution?
Very unethical, take your money up front then you need to chase them forever to do what u paid for and they still don't do it but already pocketed your money. They then get people in the office to try hard to FORCE you to put incapable and mentally unstable people you have no association with for decades in your legal documents cause they suggest it even though you do not want these people involved for thousands of good reasons. They make up stories to try to make u do what is the worse possible decision. Very unethical, not professional and sneaky. These are the lawyers who wouldn't have a job if they worked anywhere else. They should be shut down.
