Current Employee Mr. San Francisco

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The most challenging part is work-life balance, which is nearly impossible to maintain unless you are at the top. I would like to advise management that focus on employee welfare and try to maintain their work/life balance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It's a great place to learn new things. There are people with great amount of knowledge from diverse fields that you will always have something to learn always. The amount of training they provide is also nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
The growth is not fast paced and it takes considerable amount of time to move from one level to another. Office politics, Long work hours are some of the biggest setbacks of this otherwise good Law firm.
