Current Employee Mr. San Francisco

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Empower your firm leaders and senior administrators to run their areas without interference and give them the authority needed to do so. Hire more staff to reduce the workload of employees.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Amazing coworkers. There is definitely something to be said for working with the best and the brightest attorneys. Other best things are Solid benefits, wonderful pay and general sense of pride in great work. Some of the cases you get are cutting-edge and very interesting.

What did you not like about this institution?
Hours can be grueling. Coworkers are great but management is often weak and obstructionist. Additionally, they want you to work all hours of the day and night. So your work-life balance takes a toll.
