The absence of any real reason to work there.
There are no advancement opportunities for people outside of the inner circle of favoritism. There is an abundance of nepotism. There is a total lack of structure and consistency. Immaturity and unprofessionalism is pervasive amongst the staff from the lead paralegals to higher-ups (including attorneys and directors). The most important thing to this firm is collecting money. Nothing else matters to them, not even their employees.
