Advice to law firm management:
I trust it would be to their greatest advantage to help make a more efficient and sharper workplace. I feel that they ought to provide more advantages for the employees. The administration could also utilize a makeover and some assistance to make a more productive work compilation and offer assistance.
Pros:
Certain individual lawyers in the administration are exceptional. Different practices are accessible. Specific people have an entrepreneurial potential. It is an extraordinary opportunity to work with extremely talented lawyers. I also appreciated the medical benefits that were given.
Cons:
Regularly high-volume, bring down rate work; charging targets can be forceful. Pay rates are to some degree beneath practically identical firms. Innovation is an area that needs improvement. The administration was below average and did not provide abundant administration strategies to develop.

Summer associate program
Plunkett Cooney provides law school students with the opportunity to experience the realistic challenges and rewards of the practice of law through our summer associate program. The 12-week program begins with advanced Information Systems/computer training.
During two six-week assignments, participants work with attorneys from a specific practice group. Mentoring attorneys provide work assignments, feedback and a formal evaluation at the end of the program. Throughout the program, summer associates are invited to attend community functions with fellow summer associates and members of the hiring committee.
Our hiring committee is comprised of our CEO, chairperson of the board, chair of the hiring committee, partners, associates and human resources manager. During the last week of the program, summer associate participants are invited to share their experience with the committee and to formally interview for employment with the firm.
