What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I trust it would be to their greatest advantage to help make a more efficient and sharper workplace. I feel that they ought to provide more advantages for the employees. The administration could also utilize a makeover and some assistance to make a more productive work compilation and offer assistance.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Certain individual lawyers in the administration are exceptional. Different practices are accessible. Specific people have an entrepreneurial potential. It is an extraordinary opportunity to work with extremely talented lawyers. I also appreciated the medical benefits that were given.
What did you not like about this institution?
Regularly high-volume, bring down rate work; charging targets can be forceful. Pay rates are to some degree beneath practically identical firms. Innovation is an area that needs improvement. The administration was below average and did not provide abundant administration strategies to develop.
