I hope that management realizes how much it means to employees when they take the time out to connect on a personal level with them. Small things like that can make a big difference in the satisfaction of people working in the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I found the salary and benefits here to be top of the market. Health insurance is affordable and the perks are great.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management seems to be disconnected from associates and support staff. They don't do much to connect with us and aren't very accessible.
