If you are a hard-working person, Bereskin & Parr LLP has very good career path for you. You are working with some of the nice people in the world. You need to network to get the most out of the experience.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked as an attorney at this Law firm for more than seven years. At this place people are smart and always interested in helping you to advance your career. I must say that the environment is very work friendly. The work-life balance is also satisfactory.

What did you not like about this institution?
No clear direction given from management for some projects. It is extremely hard to get promoted/rewarded unless you are working full day and night.
