Overview

The law office of Jones & Jones PLLC concentrates on representing the interest of insurance carriers, employers, and third party administrators throughout Kentucky in the areas of workers’ compensation defense, federal black Lung, insurance defense, and subrogation.

Through the years our firm has grown but has never left the initial goal set by the founders to deliver accurate and timely legal advice derived from experience and sound professional judgment with daily attention to new issues and new legal decisions affecting our chosen areas of concentration. We are actively involved in tracking new legislation involving workers’ compensation and stepping up to advocate the interest of employers in this state. Our attorneys also have a strong history of participation as speakers at seminars for the Kentucky Bar Association and the University of Kentucky as well as participation as authors for the University of Kentucky Handbook for Workers’ Compensation Practice.
