A Proud Legacy of Superior Service

Our firm traces its beginnings back to 1971 when founding attorney Darrell Deputy opened his law practice in Lebanon. In 2007, Dan Mizell joined the firm as a partner to form Deputy & Mizell, L.L.C. In 2008, we opened a second office in Camdenton. In 2011, we acquired Kerry Rowden’s law practice in Tuscumbia after he became the associate circuit judge in Maries County, Missouri.
