Boris Yankovich started his career as a litigator, tackling hundreds of cases on behalf of indigent tenants in housing court, gaining invaluable court and trial experience. After a brief stint with the New York City Commission of Human Rights, Boris served as general counsel in private practice. Under the guidance of Mr. Yankovich, the company cultivated a company-wide resurgence that effectively propelled it’s underwriting, collection, and legal efficiency. Understanding the constantly evolving landscape of commercial litigation and debt collection, including the importance of pre-litigation strategy, is one of the reasons Mr. Yankovich has been able to stay ahead of the competition. This made him eager to cultivate his own practice, one that would effectively intersect his expertise with clients’ respective interests.
