Our firm is a full-service IP firm providing services within Intellectual Property. Our mission is to provide our clients with an optimized, cost efficient and intelligent intellectual property protection adding value to their business. The chairman of our firm, Mr. Yiping Xu began to engage in IP from 1979. He has been studied and worked in the USPTO and US law firms. He established Shanghai Patent Law Firm in 1984, and served as director, chairman of the board until 2010. In early 2011, Mr. Xu returned from his retirement and founded a new law firm, Xu and Partners, LLC, together with other experienced intellectual property attorneys, lawyers and administrators to serve clients in China and worldwide.
