Management should go ahead and hire some new attorney's to help out around the office. Some new senior level attorney's would not hurt to keep the workload distributed evenly.
I found this firm to be very diverse not only in terms of the people that I worked with but also regarding how interesting the cases that we take on tend to be. I also found the starting pay to be phenomenal.
The work load is too high. There were more than a few occasions in which I had to stay later than I would have liked to make sure that I got my work done for the day.
