What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Be more considerate towards younger experienced staff members. Add some additional training opportunities. Be more mindful and willing to assist in those with less experience.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great firm for those with previous experience and can thrive in a competitive environment that pushes those who succeed with added benefits and an increase in salary.
What did you not like about this institution?
Not a good firm for those seeking training and hands on work. Staff and management are not willing to put in the effort to assist others with their questions or concerns.

Management and staff expect you to hit the ground running with minimal training. Several different programs/applications to learn.

Most of the staff is nice.
