I would like to tell management that they should keep doing what they are doing since it has created a great work space, and that makes us put more effort, and just feel that we belong more with the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The legal field can be really stressful in my opinion, which is why I love working here, as the environment and my coworkers make it much more bearable and easy on me. I also like the fact that my superiors are very involved with the operations and care about us employees.
What did you not like about this institution?
I really do not have anything bad to say. It is a strict firm, but that is also a benefit since there are clearly set rules and boundaries.
