What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think new fresh blood within the upper ranks would do wonders, although overall still a great place to work and to be a client at.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great place and great clients at all times. The structure here is great and makes since why they do things the same way over time.
What did you not like about this institution?
I feel the general tier of management is filled with old school thought, and could use a refresher on different ways of looking at things.
