The firm is focused on maintaining a true work/life balance. Associates get direct client contact early and are given the space and trust to run matters with partner oversight.Excellent client roster with interesting work. This is an especially great place to be if you're entrepreneurial; new ideas are always encouraged. I learned an astonishing amount during my years from patient partners who cared about both my career and me as a person.If you have to be a lawyer, this is as good a place as you can find.ConsThe remote access software isn't ideal.
