What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think the partners having more events where they associate themselves with the partners could be beneficial for work morale and positive attitude.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are good. The people I work with are all nice. Some are willing to help sometimes when things aren't too busy with cases and projects. The resources here are decent.
What did you not like about this institution?
A flaw that I can think of at this firm is that the superiors are not really all about communicating too much with the subordinates. Sometimes the departments are left to fend for themselves.
