What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Upper management should find out what is going on before trying to fix said problems. That will make for a better experience and place.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm is a great place to work at and is very professional. There is a lot of knowledge to go around and that is what makes it such a great place to work at.
What did you not like about this institution?
At times, upper management tends to try and fix problems between employees without knowing or figuring out exactly what is going on, which causes some problems.
