The firm should look to expand support services for junior employees. Specifically, junior employees should be given more support staff to cover the less important tasks.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Senior employees want junior employees to do well and succeed and they offer lots of support to make sure it happens. You will not be hung out to dry at this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pressure to do well can be difficult to handle at times. The senior employees can be awfully demanding from day one. Parking could be more spacious.
