What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that even though a lot of hours and dedication were expected of its associates, the firm should maybe consider more incentives when it comes to rewarding associates who put in more time and effort.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really loved that the firm was all about making sure that the clients felt like they were in control of their direction. The lawyers that I worked with were not only really professional, they were also focused on making sure their people skills were on par with their legal skills. The work environment really helped me to progress with my career capabilities.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only issue I had was that a lot of time was really expected on associates such as myself. But considering the quality of work that the firm expected, it was understandable.
