What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Stop pushing people so hard. The stress of having to work so much just burns people out in a year or two. If the billable hours requirement was more reasonable and there was actual a chance for advancements then you wouldn't have to hire new people every couple of years. Surely a more stable firm is a more successful firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The training program is excellent and the work for many top names is very interesting. You will gain good experience.

What did you not like about this institution?
That experience will most likely be prosecutorial and for a particular client with no room for movement. The billable hours requirement is high. The turnover rate is also high.
