What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management is very caring at this law firm. They work with you directly, especially when you start to ensure you know your position and you know it well. They also teach you new things about your career that I didn't even learn in college. They want you to succeed and they want you to do well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The biggest downside to this firm is the odd hours. Some days you are working very late and you're costantly on call. They don't schedule clients very well and it makes it tough to have a good work and home balance.
