The firm can improve by adding more diverse staff to its company culture. This will improve relations among staff.

The best part about working here is the advice and experience you'll get on a daily basis from senior management. They actually want to work with you and help you succeed here. The ethos is not all about competition. There is a sentiment of encouragement among the staff.

There is not much to say here, except that associates think they aren't getting paid enough here. If you want or need to earn more, you should look elsewhere.
