What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hiring new associates would certainly help the current staff out. My workload is so high that it feels like I'm just barely holding my head above water. The other associates I've talked to feel the same way.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Some of the associates here are truly great people. Support staff members are hardworking and efficient; they obviously take pride in what they do. It's nice to have such skilled and friendly coworkers.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload here is pretty bad. I feel like the firm probably needs to hire some new associates, because we all seem to have more cases then we can handle.
