What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see new front staff members put in place. The current front desk staff seems more concerned with small talk and playing with their smart phone vs helping the firm out in any meaningful way.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The senior attorneys, and even some of the younger attorneys were always very friendly to me, and we had success on one major case while I was working with a team of people. Overall, the attorneys that work here are great and are very kind.
What did you not like about this institution?
I started working at this firm as an intern and was later on offered the opportunity to work full time, of which I had to decline due to the major lack of order and the messy work environment. The front staff seemed like they were always too busy playing with their phones or laughing at the higher up's jokes and did not spend enough time helping to keep the work environment clean and conducive to getting work done.
