What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be more direct with their employees and less confusing. This would help employees feel more comfortable at the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The location of this firm is in a great spot. It's not too far from downtown and where I live and parking is always available. The firm offers a lot of room for growth too which is helpful for those looking for a position that offers a climb up the ladder.
What did you not like about this institution?
My only gripe with this firm is that management can be very back and forth. One minute they enjoy helping you and asking questions if need be, then other times they give you the cold shoulder. I just wish they were more consistent.
