What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm really needs to start to reduce its intake of interns and look into hiring more experienced attorneys. I'd like to see maybe five interns at most, that way more time can be spent focusing on more important tasks that need to be taken care of.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are a lot of young interns here that are very friendly and are quick to warm up to you. The front staff is also helpful as well and can understand most of our lawyer jargon quite well, much to my surprise.
What did you not like about this institution?
I started out as an intern at this law firm but quickly realized that the staff was spread way too thin trying to lend a helping hand to all of the interns that work here. I ended up not learning much and left feeling very frustrated since it felt like a complete waste of time working at this firm.

Should have created a true partnership.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Focus on research and lot of knowledge to be gained in tax. Great learning experience in the beginning and global exposure.
What did you not like about this institution?
One man controls the firm and if you are not part of friend circle then no hope of growth. No job security because firm is facing serious survival question due to leak of client confidential data that has reached the governmental investigation agencies and poor management of the leak.
