What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be nice to have more vacation time so that we can relax and recharge our batteries. Overwork can be a problem.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Every attorney at this firm comes in and works as hard as they can, every single day. People are willing to help each other out and there is a ""big picture"" feeling that permeates the entire office.
What did you not like about this institution?
There have been some problems with burnout in the recent past. The long nights and weekends take their toll on some eventually.
