What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that something as simple as giving associates bonus packages for extra vacation time can motivate some of us to work through the busy schedules.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people I work with here are some of the most knowledgeable people I have worked with in my career. The quality of the work that is expected is something that our clients really appreciate. Attorneys here are also appreciated by the partners and rewarded with good pay and benefits.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work load is something that kind of stresses out some of the associates at some times of the year. Because we put so much attention to detail here, we do put a little extra effort which results in longer hours.
