What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think there needs to be requirement for associates to take pride in their attire. How we present ourselves to the public is sometimes just as important to how we do our jobs.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Since the first day I've worked here, I've always felt welcome. The firm puts a great emphasis on making sure each associate is able to do their job as efficiently as possible. Our clients will always be sure that they're getting the best counseling possible since the firm has various lawyers who are well versed in different aspects of the law. We definitely take great pride in the satisfaction of long time clients that we have at the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Some of the associates at the firm seem to take a too casual approach to how we present ourselves to our clients. It may be a minor flaw, but it is something that still bugs me. Some associates do not always meet with clients in the most professional attire or settings. Other than that, it is still a respectable atmosphere.
