The firm does an outstanding job mentoring its less experienced members, but should focus its attention on improving the diversity ratio of its staff members.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will be given many chances to prove yourself here, so make sure you don't squander them. Senior lawyers will be looking to you to self-educate and get the job done on your own.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm does not appear committed to diversity on its staff. There have also been some prominent staff turnover problems. Make sure this does not happen to you.

While we have always taken pride in the pro bono work we have performed throughout the years, the cornerstone of our pro bono program today is a partnership with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma and The Williams Companies. Summer Associate Program
Hall Estill offers comprehensive Summer Associate Programs in its Tulsa and Oklahoma City offices for second year law students.
Both offices offer a six-week program for the first half of the summer. Summer Associates have numerous opportunities to meet the attorneys and be introduced to the firm through orientation, work assignments and social events. Our clerkships are designed so that each Summer Associate is able to work with a variety of attorneys on projects dealing with various aspects of the law.
