What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to have better management when it comes to organization. Team work is important, but removing clutter is also crucial.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm really emphasized the importance of team work and working together. They would hold team building exercises for us to bond and become closer as a family. I really felt a tight bond when working at this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
Management can be a little scattered at times. Files were unorganized and the place was a big mess most of the time. Management just didn't seem to care most days and I felt a low work effort from them.
