I think better bonuses and incentives could make some associates happier. I think there are other firms that seem to have better salaries.
One of the things I like about working at this firm is the really caring attitude they have towards their clients. My associates here are also helpful.
The pay could be better for the lower tier associates. I think that is one of the only flaws working at this firm. It's a minor issue though.
