What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Having a new office manager that is not related to one of their partners will help us grow and improve as a firm and not be so focused on the bottom line.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The location is great; the building is located downtown near lots of other great businesses, close to a bus stop which is great because I don't drive.
What did you not like about this institution?
I don't get much help from the support staff or others at all. It's all on me for the most part.There are no yearly raises, which is discouraging.They use the excuse "It's because of the economy," but the management makes a lot of money each year.
