Try and streamline the process for new hires learning how to grasp the ropes. That will allow for more business and a smoother transition.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There has always been a busy workload here and that is something to enjoy. I enjoy working hard and working for great people.
What did you not like about this institution?
The workload can be quite stressful for newer hires and it is noticeable. It can take a toll on people that don't know how things work.
