What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm could really use a leader put in place to manage everyone. I'd like to see one of their current senior attorneys put in place for this role. More leadership would mean more efficiency and a less stressful work environment.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The front staff is very friendly and the attorneys that I worked with were very friendly as well. I worked here for a few years and during that time I learned a lot from a few attorneys that I became friends with while working there.

What did you not like about this institution?
Most of the time, it seems like everyone is running around like a chicken with its head cut off. There is a serious lack of leadership and most of the attorneys are way over their head in terms of the amount of work that is on their plate.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Good working environment. Good mentoring. Since this is a smaller firm, it is a great place to get hands-on experience with very complex and interesting legal issues with a good support team around you. They do high-level litigation and are very successful. Everyone there works as a team and helps out when needed. Great reputation in the community.

What did you not like about this institution?
During times when the firm is in trial, everyone can be pretty busy, which is expected and likely similar elsewhere.
