Make sure that people don't get too distracted and stay on task as much as it is humanly possible for them to be.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I can honestly say that I have fun at work every day or at least have time for fun in my work days.
What did you not like about this institution?
People sometimes get behind schedule because they get distracted with having fun and helping other people in need so they have to cram to make it in time.
