What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Respect their employees, regardless of tenure. Instead of underpaying interns to do the majority of the work, hire real specialists.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Really, there are misogynists and sexual harassment in general in this firm.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Just be human beings. The leaders are not human.
What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Coworkers have been great in support here at this firm. I suggest redesigning management entirely very soon; otherwise this will lead to a downfall soon.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I work here and have been finding nothing really interesting. Just that the compensation benefits are really good here. Growth is rather very slow.
What did you not like about this institution?
It is tough to put across your views here in this firm. The management is lacking in skills, which makes the employees feel hostile and doesn't allow for growth.

Partners need to be more present to help manage the office. The firm is starting to provide better communication on firm objectives and news, so I look forward to seeing improvement there.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Benefits and flexibility. The firm is going through management changes which will be for the better. The firm has a good group of clients.
What did you not like about this institution?
Attorneys are in and out of the office often for their clients. It makes the office seem a little too quiet at times.

I don't have anything to comment on this as I think they are all hardworking attorneys that are specialists in their field.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The staff are great. I do enjoy the location and periodic events. The benefits and salary at the firm are great.
