What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
An easy fix might be to train everyone sufficiently and to update all requisite systems to ensure that everyone is more organized and efficient with their time. A harder, but possibly more important change might be to figure out why exactly certain groups are able to use their influence to enrich themselves and their personal friends. It prevents hard-working people at the firm from doing their best to advance.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm offers good benefits and its physical setting is pleasant, as it is Florida-based. The amount of time and effort you are expected to put into work is very reasonable, compared to industry standards.

What did you not like about this institution?
The firm seemed to lack organization and broader goals, sometimes. Worse, certain groups of people here tend to be very cliquey and exclusive; you have to be ""political"" if you want to stick around or advance quickly.
