What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Have more equality when it comes to wages and add the ability to move up in the firm. I wanted to move up in the firm but was shot down.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm looks very visually pleasing, which makes the atmosphere feel pleasant and brightens my mood. The staff is nice to work with; they're pleasant and helpful.
What did you not like about this institution?
Wages are below the medium and there are no bonus opportunities at all. Training opportunities are limited. You can't rise in station at the firm unless you're a select few.
