What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be some improvement in the human resources department. The leaders of the firm should work collectively with the staff to implement strategies to find more clients to take on to better support their firm financially.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
A law office firm which has created an environment with kind staff and employees that work together. The amount of work for the pay is at the same level as others in the same field.
What did you not like about this institution?
The human resources department is something that the firm needs to work on improving. The law firm has trouble with gaining more revenue to maintain their law office.
