What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Find more consistent ways to retain talent. It's difficult for anything to get done when you're always changing managers. A more medium to long term approach will save the entire organization time and money.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Pay was acceptable, considering the typical workload, at least when everything was going according to plan. I worked with some talented people who held non-management positions at the firm - there seemed to be less turnover and more stability at the firm's lower levels.

What did you not like about this institution?
The office could feel very unstable at times - individuals in management were always being hired and leaving shortly after, which is rarely a good sign. I felt like there was a desire to just squeeze as much out of people while they were there instead of figuring out the root causes of these problems with people not wanting to stay here.
