What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
If management focused on alleviating the morale problems amongst the support staff I think that productivity would improve across the entire firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm does a great job keeping office politics to a minimum, which is not always an easy thing to do. Being smaller probably helps, but a lot of it depends on the partners setting the right example.
What did you not like about this institution?
I've noticed that morale can run on the low side, especially among support staff. It's not as big a problem for the attorneys.
